American ABC’s hit, soon will have its bittersweet finale, which probably none of the cast and crew and the fans certainly are not ready. Last Wednesday (April 18, 2012), Eva Longoria and her co-star Vanessa Williams has been photographed by the paparazzi while recording scenes for the TV series “Desperate Housewives“. Vanessa Williams plays a runaway bride as she and co-star Eva Longoria film a wedding scene for an upcoming episode of “Desperate Housewives”. Williams, dressed in an elegant, white wedding dress, and Longoria, wearing a strapless, purple dress, can be seen running around the set despite their wardrobe and high heels. Before Eva Longoria was seen when she  texts on her mobile phone after leaving her dressing trailer on the set of “Desperate Housewives”. Longoria held up her long, green dress as she made her way to the set.

Additionally, the upcoming NBC dating series announced a country-wide search for eligible women via social media ending May 18.

Desperate Housewives star and producer Eva Longoriaannounced during a panel at NBC’s Summer Press Day on Wednesday that Giuilana and Bill Rancic will host her new NBC relationship show, Ready for Love.

Executive Producer Jason Ehrlich explained to reporters that the happily married couple represented something very aspirational and he thinks they could really teach their contestants about relationships.

The series also announced that its three bachelors – which Longoria says she personally picked – Dallas businessmanBen Patton, Santa Barbara musician Tim Lopez and Miami entrepreneur Ernesto Arguello will “propose to America” on Thursday to kick off its search for the show’s eligible women.

Using social media, women can sign up to be considered for the show via a Facebook timeline app and connect with the guys via the Ready for LoveFacebook page.

Ready for Love uses three matchmakers to help the men find their love match. The series is slated to premiere this winter.

As you see it’s Temporary version of website, it’s only for few hours or days!

Actress and star of “Desperate Housewives” appeared with her TV Show partner Ricardo Antonio Chavira and his wife of Major League Baseball Game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Angels at Dodger Stadium, Tuesday, April 3, 2012, in Los Angeles . At the same games also appeared friend Eva, Puerto Rican actor Amaury Nolasco. However, the biggest event was the meeting and posing for photos with baseball legend Tommy Lasorda.

All this took place right after work on the set of “Desperate Housewives“. Where is recording the last two episodes of the Final Season. The plan also appeared Eduardo Cruz.

Desperate Housewives is in the home stretch, says Eva Longoria. “It’s crazy,” she says calling from the Los Angeles set. “We’re on the last two episodes. The writing is coming in by the day.” And she adds, without even being asked, “It’s kind of up in the air and secretive.”

Longoria, 37, hasn’t really come to terms with ending her eight-year run as Gabrielle Solis, in part because the show has been saying goodbye since the start of this season. “We’ve had a long, 23-episodes to get to the end. I haven’t really processed any of my feelings. But this week, it’s been, ‘Oh my god! Wait, what’s going on?’ “

But she already has loads of new projects lined up – having just launched a new EVAmour fragrance that sold out when she presented it last week on HSN – and this week, on Friday, she will help launch a new Pepsi product in Times Square. She’ll be handing out samples of Pepsi Next, which has 60 percent less sugar than regular soda.

“It’s so funny,” she says, with a laugh. “Things always happen seredipitously. I did this no-sugar diet for the past two months and just recently started incorporating sugars back into my diet. This product is kind of perfect – being 60 percent less sugar.”

She and Pepsi have a “long relationship” that goes beyond sugar, says Longoria. She has appeared in theirSuper Bowl commercials and appreciates that the company has been particularly supportive of the Latin community.

So it’s safe to say she’s never had a Coke? “I can’t even say the word!”

Instead, Longoria jokes, “If I was a soda, I would be Eva Next,” as she gets ready to take “a little bit of time off” after Housewives wraps before heading to work in Europe in May in June and start a film in July. “Closer to the elections,” she says, “I’ll be dedicating all my free time to the Obama campaign.”

In the meantime, she’s producing a new dating show, All For Love, for NBC. “It’s a modern take on dating,” she explains, to help people who are using the Internet or meeting people in bars. She says there will be three men who are looking for love and professionals will help find their soul mates. “The format is new and different,” says Longoria.

And it’s right up her alley because, she syas, “I’m a hopeless romantic.

As for her own romance, she’s more tight-lipped. Is she dating on-again, off-again boyfriend Eduardo Cruz at the moment? “I’m not talking about that,” she says.

‘Desperate Housewives’ star dishes on her show, life and painful divorce with guest co-host of “Good Morning America” Katie Couric! All interview will airing Thursday, April 5 on “GMA” in ABC!

<Eva Longoria and Doris Roberts have been neighbors in the Hollywood Hills for years, and on an April episode of Desperate Housewives, the two will finally work together. I ran in to Doris at the opening of Mamma Mia! at Hollywood’s Pantages Theatre (the production runs through April 8), and the Everybody Loves Raymond vet told me she had a blast on the Housewives set.

“I play a very rich woman who hires Gaby as her personal shopper,” says Doris, 81, of her character, also named Doris. “Her husband dies — he was very rich, but very cheap and didn’t let her spend any money. Now she’s out to spend a lot of money. Gaby’s husband is with an organization that takes care of homeless addicts, so he tries to get money from my character, which he does. But then I find out they’re ripping me off and I let them have it!”

Doris is also keeping busy with a new sitcom pilot for ABC called Counter Culture, about three aging sisters. “It’s great,” she says. “Delta Burke, Ken Howard and Wink Martindale are also in it. It’s about a bunch of lovely ladies in Texas who run a coffee shop.”

She also had fun seeing Mamma Mia! ”I love Mamma Mia!,” she raves. “To sit in the audience, laugh and have a good time is what I like!”

Eva Longoria is developing a new dating show.

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ actress – who is currently single, after splitting from Eduardo Cruz earlier this month – has been working on the new format, provisionally titled ‘All About Love’, which will see single people set up by top matchmakers.

Among those set to be included in the show are Amber Kelleher – who heads elite dating company Kelleher International – and Steve Ward, who appeared on VH1 show ‘Tough Love’, which saw him and mother JoAnn send women struggling to find a partner through a boot camp.

A source told the New York Post newspaper the show – developed by Eva’s UnbeliEVAble Entertainment company – goes into production next month, with network NBC ordering a full series.

Eva, 37, has had a turbulent few years in her private life, after she split from basketball player Tony Parker after three-and-a-half years of marriage in November 2010, but she recently insisted she has not given up on love.

She said: ”You know what, every day I strive to be happy. So yeah, I think every day is another victory.

”The truth is, I should be angry, resentful and disillusioned about relationships. But I’m not.”

March 22, 2012. (Romereports.com) A Mexican group from 1926 known as the ‘Cristeros‘ is getting some attention in the new film ‘For Greater Glory‘. It’s the most expensive Mexican movie ever made.

‘For Greater Glory’ tells the story of President Plutarco Elias Calles who banned religious practice in Mexico. The cast includes Andy Garcia, Eva Longoria, Peter O’Toole and Eduardo Verastegui. Its producer Pablo Barroso traveled to Rome to present the movie.

“It’s a story that’s never been shown, I didn’t know about it. I think it’s important to understand your roots. Who your parents were, who your grandparents were, your great-grandparents, and what they’ve done. They’re people who didn’t turn against God. They’re people who agreed to leave not only their heritage but also their lives, their families, in the name of God.” says Pablo José Barroso - Producer, For Greater Glory

In 2005, Benedict XVI beatified 13 martyrs from the Cristero War. The story of six of them appears in the film such as the family father José Anacleto González Flores and 14 year old Jose Luis Sanchez del Rio. Their producer says the fight of the Cristeros made possible the Mexico of today.

“In 1923 the Apostolic Nuncio Filippi was expelled for celebrating a mass to bless a monument to Christ the King. Now we are ninety years later, and we didn’t make this movie knowing that the pope would be going to Mexico. For his trip to Guanajuato, to the base of the monument of Christ the King, where the apostolic nuncio would run.” says Pablo José Barroso - Producer, For Greater Glory

Pablo Barroso is an entrepreneur, he’s not dedicated solely to the world of cinema. But he worked on the movie to show his four children and the world this historic fight by the Mexican people for religious freedom.

Eva Longoria is launching her second fragrance, EVAmour by Eva Longoria, a lighter and fresher floral fruity musk fragrance to her 2009 debut fragrance, Eva Longoria shares WWD:

“You have different fragrances for different moods,” said Longoria, speaking last week between scenes on the set of “Desperate Housewives.” “If you are feeling seductive and sophisticated, wanting to go out and make a bolder statement, you wear the second one. If you are working around other people in an office, the first one might be more appropriate.”

Her first fragrance came about because of allergies and she ‘selfishly’ wanted to create a fragrance she could wear:

“I’m not used to something that is so layered, and the second one is pretty layered with some pink lady apple and red currant. The first fragrance is a little simpler,” said Longoria. “It is like when you start drinking wine. I started with white wine and have gone into the more complex, red wine. I am taking baby steps into the more complex notes.”

The red colored bottle represents what she stands for in terms of women, power and amour. It all ties back to who she is. And just so that we know the differences between Eva and Gabrielle:

“I’m the exact opposite of Gabrielle,” she revealed. “They expect to see some man-eating, crazy person, but they will see the real me.”

Price: $45 for 1.7 fl oz of Eau de Parfum
