“Real Time With Bill Maher” seems likely to make headlines this weekend.

The HBO series will welcome anti-tax activist Grover Norquist, who has been dubbed ”the billionaires’ best friend” by Rolling Stone. He will be a panelist with commentator Margaret Hoover and journalist David Cay Johnston.

The interview guests are national security expert Richard Clarke and actress Eva Longoria of “Desperate Housewives.” That series ends its run on ABC with a two-hour finale at 9 p.m. Sunday.

“Real Time” airs live at 10 p.m. Friday on HBO. A repeat follows immediately at 11 p.m.

Premium cat food brand, Dine has today announced a global partnership with stunning international actress and TV star, Eva Longoria.

Passionate cat lover Longoria, star of the internationally acclaimed Desperate Housewives, is the face of the new Dine global campaign ‘Follow Your Passion’ which will focus on celebrating and fuelling the many passions of cat lovers everywhere.

Launching with a new television commercial, the campaign will encourage cat lovers to confidently express, share and live out the many passions in their lives including their love for their cat. The ad which will air globally from May 2012 will allow viewers to see a more personal side of Longoria as she playfully reveals some of her most hidden passions.

Longoria says she is really excited to be working with Dine on this campaign because she has so many fulfilling passions in her life.

“Including my love of cats, I love to dance and cook and I enjoy spending time on my work. I also have a passion for relationships whether it’s with my family, loved ones or with animals, so for me my passions are pretty central to who I am,” says Longoria.

Dine Marketing spokesperson Oliver Downs says Longoria is the perfect ambassador for Dine.

“She is a confident, spirited, sophisticated and beautiful woman whose incredible zest for life comes across in everything she does – from acting, to cats, to philanthropy. Our 2012 campaign will focus on celebrating the many passions in our consumers’ lives so we are very excited to be working with her,” says Downs.

The 2012 integrated global campaign will incorporate TV advertising, PR and digital activity.

“Desperate Housewives” ends its successful eight-season run on the ABC Television Network with a splashy two-hour finale event on SUNDAY, MAY 13 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET). She just tearfully bid farewell to her ABC series after eight seasons on the air. But Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria looked happy and energised as she hit off the first tee earlier today at the 5th Annual George Lopez Celebrity Golf Classic in Toluca Lake. The beaming 37-year-old shared several pictures of the sporty event with her 3.4 million followers, including one exciting image of Eva doing an actual flip on the green.

‘Check me out @georgelopez golf tournament doing gymnastics with my teammate Michael from Dallas! Pretty impressive!’ Eva tweeted. 

The fashionista broke two of the Lakeside Golf Club’s strict dress code rules by leaving her red polo shirt untucked at the charity event and by donning khaki jeans despite their ‘no denim or jeans of any kind’ policy. The golf rebel posed for pictures alongside a very slimmed-down Anthony Anderson, wearing a loud hot pink ensemble, among others on comedian George Lopez’s official golf team for the day.

Other celebrities in attendance included Don Cheadle, Andy Garcia, Gabrielle Reece, William Devane, Rob Riggle, Bruce Jenner, and British actor Bryan Fisher, who played Carmen’s boyfriend Jason on George Lopez’s sitcom.  Lopez later tweeted his approval of Longoria’s ‘outstanding’ form on the fairway, and Eva called George’s multi-colored golf cart ‘crazy-looking.’ George Lopez, who received a life-saving kidney transplant in 2005, hosted the sold-out tournament, which featured an auction, cocktail hour, buffet dinner, and live entertainment by Boogie Knights.

Before Desperate Housewives officially wrapped, the former model was allegedly caught by producers taking several keepsakes from the set.

‘Yes, I’ve taken many things,’ TV Notas quotes the actress as saying, ‘but I don’t want to tell you which ones because you will make me give them back.’

The pint-sized actress added: ‘I really wanted to take the Warhol paintings, but I haven’t been able to find them.’
